How do I use Beest?

Mix 1 stick into 8 fl oz of water. Shake or stir, and drink. Each stick is one serving.

What's in each stick?

700mg sodium (from Himalayan pink salt), 300mg potassium (as potassium citrate), and 150mg magnesium (as magnesium glycinate).

What are the ingredients?

Electrolytes from Himalayan pink salt, potassium citrate, and magnesium glycinate. Sweetened with honey powder. Other ingredients: citric acid, natural flavoring, nuflow, and thaumatin.

How much does it cost?

Beest has a 2-year shelf life.

What if I don't like it?
